On the morning of June 29, 2025, Lawyer Zhou Sheng, Director of Zhongzhou Law Firm in Beijing, was invited to give a lecture at the National Accounting Institute of China in Beijing for the "Ministry of Commerce Belt and Road Countries Training Program," with the theme being "Legal Risk Prevention under the Chinese Legal Mechanism." This training program was hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and gathered 36 participants from 7 countries. It aims to promote the understanding of China's legal and business environment among Belt and Road countries, and to strengthen international cooperation and exchange.

Director Zhou Sheng provided a comprehensive lecture covering four main areas: the Chinese legal system, legal regulations on foreign investment, governance and normative requirements for market entities, and legal liabilities and remedies for administrative violations. By combining typical cases with practical experience, he systematically analyzed the key points of risk prevention and control under the Chinese legal framework for the participants.

During the course, Director Zhou Sheng provided a detailed introduction to the structure and characteristics of China's current legal system, deeply analyzed the latest developments in foreign investment laws and regulations, emphasized the compliance governance requirements for enterprises operating in China, and offered practical suggestions for administrative dispute resolution. In the interactive seminar session, he provided detailed answers to the hot legal issues of concern to the participants. The combination of his insightful theoretical analysis and rich practical experience made the course content both academically profound and highly valuable for practical guidance, receiving unanimous praise from the participating trainees.

After the course concluded, the 36 participants from 7 countries along the Belt and Road Initiative all expressed that,through Director Zhou Sheng's sharing, they gained a clearer understanding of China's legal environment, which has important guiding significance for future investment or economic and trade cooperation in China.
